For
this
drill,
set
up
2
stations
and
divide
your
team
into
equal
teams.
The
stations
should
be
4
cones
arranged
in
a
square
approximately
10
yards
X
10
yards.
On
the
coach's
command
the
first
player
from
each
team
will
back
pedal
10
yards
downfield
to
the
next
cone.
Once
they
reach
the
cone,
the
player
will
then
shuffle
(make
sure
they
do
not
cross
their
feet)
across
to
the
other
cone.
Once
they
reach
this
next
cone,
the
player
will
then
sprint
forward
to
the
next
cone.
Once
they
reach
the
cone,
the
player
will
again
shuffle
their
feet
across
to
the
starting
cone,
tagging
the
next
player
who
then
continues
the
relay.
